As part of the launch, our team created a compelling campaign that positioned RCM Complete as a smarter, more seamless alternative to traditional point solutions.

In the crowded and complex RCM space, providers tend to use specialized tools for specific tasks—one system for billing, another for analytics, and so on. Introducing a comprehensive all-in-one platform required not only explaining the benefits of consolidation but also overcoming skepticism of providers who were used to their existing patchwork systems. Change Healthcare needed to break through the noise, clearly communicate the end-to-end advantage of RCM Complete, and build confidence that they could deliver on both financial performance and patient-centered care.

We developed a visual concept that utilized familiar icons from the Change Healthcare brand standards, creatively reimagining them to tell a broader story. By bundling these icons together into larger, more meaningful images—such as a heart, a timepiece, a lightbulb, and a plant—we conveyed both the comprehensive nature of the solution and its underlying values. For example, the heart represented patient-centered care, while the timepiece represented the efficiencies of a comprehensive RCM solution, powered by AI and machine learning. This visually engaging, value-driven campaign helped drive awareness, generate strong interest, and position RCM Complete as a transformational solution in the space.
